GRAVITY CONSULTANCY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. A cancellation request may not be entertained once the order has been communicated to our vendors or partners and they have initiated the process of fulfilling it — for example, once a domain has been registered, an SSL certificate has been issued, or a hosting account has been provisioned.
Services and deliverables: if the Service delivered is not as described on the website or as agreed with you, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Defective or incorrect delivery: in case of receipt of damaged, defective or incorrect items or deliverables, please report the same to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the matter has been checked and verified by us or the relevant vendor.
Products with a manufacturer or third-party warranty: in case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer or provider, please refer the issue to them directly.
Refunds: where a refund has been approved by GRAVITY CONSULTANCY, it will take 1–2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
